Level 75-150 WoW Cooking Guide
If you don’t have the materials or you cannot find them in the Auction House, go to Ashenvale to farm for clam meat and crawler meat. If you’re Horde, there is a
flight path right next to the area, but it has a lot of PVP due to the high volume of alliance in the area. Make
Boiled Clams and Crab Cakes until you reach about 130 in skill level.
Next, find Raptors. To be found in Arathi Highlands mostly. It can also be at Thousand Needles. Use the Raptor
Eggs to make Curiously Tasty Omelet until you reach level 175. Don’t forget to train at level 150, and go back to
making Omelets.
Level 150-225 WoW Cooking Guide
Continue making Curiously Tasty Omelets until you reach level 175. Once you train, start making Roast Raptor
from the Raptor Flesh you have farmed from killing Raptors for the eggs. Once you reach 225, you’ll need to locate
the quest giver that is listed in the trainer list above.
Level 225-300 WoW Cooking Guide
At level 225, you can buy the materials from the Auction House, or you can farm them. You’ll need Giant Eggs x
12, Zesty Clam Meat x 10, and Alterac Swiss x 20. Giant Eggs can be found off of the Owl Beasts in Winterspring or
Hinterlands. Zesty Clam Meat can be found in Big Mouth clams that are farmed from sea creatures. Alterac Swiss is
found on vendors. Once bringing all these materials to the quest giver, you can continue to level 300. Begin by
making 25 Monster Omelet from 25 Giant Eggs. Buy or farm Bear Flanks to make Juicy Bear Burgers which will bring
you to 285.
Travel to Silithus and kill sandworms for their Sandworm Meat. This will be used to make Smoked Desert Dumplings
that will bring you to Cooking skill level 300. You will need to get the quest from Silithus to obtain the
recipe.
Level 300-375 WoW Cooking Guide
This begins leveling from the Hellfire Peninsula area. Kill Ravagers to obtain Ravager Flesh. Make 30 Ravager
Dogs. Don’t forget to buy the Master cookbook before beginning. This should bring you to about level 325. From this
point there are many recipes to bring you to 375. You can use Talbuk Venison to make Talbuk Steaks, Clefthoof Meat
to create Roasted Clefthoof, or Warped Flesh to make Warp Burgers.
Level 375-450 WoW Cooking Guide
Pickup all the cooking recipes in the starting expansion pack cities. Just using these recipes will get you to
400 easily. Using Critter Bites will get you to about 425. Recipes Cuttlesteak, Blackened Worg Steak, Blackened
Dragonfin, Dragonfin Fillet, will quickly get you to 450.
